Yes! We provide COIs that meet NYC building requirements. Just send us your building's insurance requirements (usually provided by management) and we'll have a certificate naming them as additionally insured ready before delivery. This is included at no extra charge for NYC deliveries.

For walk-up buildings, we can carry equipment to upper floors for an additional fee based on the floor level and equipment weight. Our team regularly handles 5th floor walk-up deliveries. For very heavy pieces (800+ lbs) without freight elevator access, we'll discuss options including disassembly or crane service if necessary.

We factor NYC parking challenges into every delivery. For buildings with loading docks, we coordinate dock times in advance. For street deliveries, our team handles double-parking logistics (briefly) or we can arrange off-hours delivery when street parking is more available. We've done this hundreds of times across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the other boroughs.

Yes! We understand many NYC buildings restrict deliveries to specific hours, and many gym owners can only accept delivery outside business hours. We offer early morning (starting at 6am), evening, and weekend delivery options throughout NYC. Off-hours delivery may incur an additional fee depending on timing.
